We are hiring a Collection Telecaller Executive for a reputed organisation based in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to handle client calls professionally. Make outbound calls to customers regarding due or pending payments.
Follow up politely and ensure the timely collection of outstanding amounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Must be a graduate in any stream.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
