We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in multi-cuisine preparation, with a specialization in Indian cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food quality, kitchen management, and team leadership while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for customers.
Prepare and oversee a wide range of multi-cuisine dishes with a strong focus on Indian cuisine.
Design and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
Monitor food inventory, stock control, and procurement requirements.
Train, mentor, and guide kitchen team members.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Control food costs and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with management regarding menu planning and special events.
Strong expertise in North Indian, South Indian, Tandoor, Chinese, Continental, and other multi-cuisine preparations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Strong creativity in menu development and food presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or relevant field preferred.
Relevant culinary certifications will be an added advantage
