Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (IT roles).
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and update candidate data in trackers.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups till joining.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.
Required Skills:
3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search.
Experienced in handling Vendors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder and time-management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in IT services or product-based companies.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a 15–20-day notice period
