Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, referrals, and market research.

Meet potential clients to understand their property requirements.

Present and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.

Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.

Negotiate deals and close property sales.

Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduate with strong communication skills.

Proven experience in sales (real estate preferred).
