Position :Restaurant Manager

Location :Jaipur, Mansarovar 

Reporting To :Founder / Business Owner

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the expansion of the brand. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational expertise, team leadership skills, and a passion for authentic Indian hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and local health & safety regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, guest-focused work culture.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive restaurant sales and profitability.
  • Increase repeat business and guest loyalty.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve average order value and guest spending.
  • Support local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Delivery & Online Business

  • Manage relationships with Zomato, Swiggy, and other delivery partners.
  • Monitor online ratings and guest feedback.
  • Implement strategies to improve online visibility and sales performance.

Financial Control

  • Manage daily cash handling and reporting.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels.
  • Reduce wastage and control operational costs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Brand Expansion Support

  • Assist management in developing operational SOPs.
  • Support new outlet openings and staff training.
  • Help establish systems and processes that can be replicated across future locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Experience in casual dining, Punjabi cuisine, North Indian restaurants, or QSR brands preferred.
  • Prior experience managing delivery platforms is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Good understanding of restaurant P&L management.
  • Inventory and cost control expertise.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
