Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Solar Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plants.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical components.
- Conduct site inspections and system performance evaluations.
- Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Support project execution and after-sales service activities.
- Handle breakdown maintenance and emergency service calls.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy concepts.
- Understanding of inverters, batteries, electrical wiring, and power systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and service activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the solar or electrical industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply.
- Candidates with field service experience will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field
